At Counter Culture DIY, we want to ensure your creative projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent leaking or damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
